Benefits
- 12-month contract
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- Up to 2 days WFH
- $70-$90/hr + super
- Relevant experience as a Technical Writer in mining operations or maintenance environments
- Proficient with Document Management systems and project management principles
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
- Tertiary qualification in Trade or Degree preferred, with project management experience advantageous
- Develop, manage, and expedite approval of technical documents for new equipment and infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with SMEs, project teams, and equipment vendors to ensure document accuracy
- Track document status, follow up on approvals, and maintain compliance with company standards
- Support seamless handover of new assets to Operations for immediate use and maintenance readiness
- Contribute to upholding health, safety, and environmental standards as well as company values
