Contract Duration: 6 month contract
Rotation: 3 Weeks On / 3 Weeks Off
Working Hours: 12 Hours per Day (84 Hours per Week)

Overview
NES Fircroft is supporting a major client in the recruitment of experienced Testing / Flowback Operators for offshore operations in Denmark.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery on offshore well testing and flowback operations. Working as part of a multidisciplinary offshore team, you will assist in the preparation, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of well testing and flowback equipment whilst maintaining the highest HSE standards.

Overview
NES Fircroft is supporting a major client in the recruitment of experienced Testing / Flowback Operators for offshore operations in Denmark.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery on offshore well testing and flowback operations. Working as part of a multidisciplinary offshore team, you will assist in the preparation, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of well testing and flowback equipment whilst maintaining the highest HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and efficient well testing and flowback operations offshore.
- Participate in pre-job planning meetings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure all job deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Assist with equipment preparation, rig-up, operation, rig-down, and maintenance activities.
- Operate testing and flowback equipment in accordance with competency levels and operational requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance and report equipment defects or deviations.
- Maintain equipment in a safe and operational condition in line with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all HSE procedures and client requirements.
- Wear appropriate PPE and actively promote a strong safety culture.
- Maintain all mandatory offshore and safety certifications.
- Previous experience as a Flowback Operator, Well Test Operator, Equipment Operator, or similar offshore position.
- Valid offshore certification.
- Valid Escape Chute certification.
- Valid CA-EBS certification.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Cyclonic Desanders
- Solid Skips
- Choke Manifolds
- Surface Well Testing Equipment
- Flowback and Sand Management Equipment
