About You
  • Proven experience designing, developing and deploying training programs end-to-end
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development capability
  • Experience developing digital learning content 
  • Confident project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
Job Role
  • Facilitate workshops/consultations to gather learning requirements and content inputs
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps and learning needs
  • Design and develop learning materials (facilitator guides, learner workbooks, assessments, job aids)
  • Coordinate deployment and implementation, including rollout support and feedback cycles
  • Configure, upload, test and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System, including supporting UAT/pilots
