As part of its continued international expansion, the organization is seeking a highly motivated Treasury Manager to support strategic financing initiatives and treasury operations across multiple regions.

Role Overview Reporting to the Senior Regional Treasury Manager, the Treasury Manager will be responsible for supporting financing activities and treasury operations across the organization's regional portfolio. The role offers exposure to a broad range of funding structures and strategic initiatives, while helping to shape treasury practices and financing solutions for a growing international business.

Role Overview Reporting to the Senior Regional Treasury Manager, the Treasury Manager will be responsible for supporting financing activities and treasury operations across the organization's regional portfolio. The role offers exposure to a broad range of funding structures and strategic initiatives, while helping to shape treasury practices and financing solutions for a growing international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the structuring and execution of various financing transactions, including project finance, corporate loans, revolving credit facilities, green and sustainability-linked financing, mezzanine financing, bond issuances, and private placements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, lenders, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate lender presentations, information memoranda, due diligence materials, financing models, debt capacity analyses, and funding strategy scenarios.
- Coordinate financing transactions from mandate through financial close, including negotiation and management of term sheets, facility agreements, intercreditor arrangements, and security documentation.
- Monitor financing obligations, including conditions precedent and subsequent, financial covenant compliance, lender reporting requirements, and key financing milestones.
- Support liquidity management initiatives and treasury activities, including interest rate and foreign exchange risk management, hedging implementation, and related documentation.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support evolving business priorities and organizational growth.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5-10 years of experience in debt financing, capital raising, corporate treasury, project finance, or related financial roles.
- Proven experience working directly with banks, financial institutions, lenders, or investors on financing transactions.
- Strong understanding of project finance structures, loan documentation, credit analysis, financial modelling, financing covenants, and treasury risk management practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with treasury management systems and Bloomberg is advantageous.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CTP, ACT/AMCT, CPA, or ACCA are highly regarded.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
