As the Treasury Manager, you will play a critical role in securing financing and managing treasury operation across company’s footprint. Reporting to Senior Regional Treasury Manager, you will have exposure to regional and cross border financing transactions in supporting company’s growth in the digital infrastructure and sustainability space. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the structuring and execution of project finance, corporate loans, revolving credit facilities, green or sustainability-linked financing. Maintaining relationships with banking partners and investors.
- Prepare and coordinate lender presentations, information memoranda, due diligence materials, financing models, debt capacity analyses and funding scenarios.
- Coordinate financing transactions from mandate to financial close, including term sheets, facility agreements, intercreditor arrangements and security documents.
- Monitor conditions precedent and subsequent, financial covenants, compliance certificates, lender reporting obligations and key financing deadlines.
- Support liquidity planning and the management of interest rate and foreign exchange risks, including hedging execution and documentation.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned from time-to-time, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to support the organization's evolving needs and priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years’ hands-on experience executing debt financing and working directly with banks or financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of project finance, loan documentation, credit analysis, financing covenants, financial modelling and treasury risk management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; treasury systems or Bloomberg exposure is advantageous.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CTP, ACT/AMCT, CPA or ACCA are advantageous.
- Strong commercial judgement, analytical ability, attention to detail, negotiation skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders across jurisdictions.
