Warehouse Operator / Inventory Coordinator Key Responsibilities

  • Support warehouse operations, inventory storage, and space utilization.
  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Perform receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory transactions in SAP.
  • Verify shipments against purchase orders and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and report obsolete, excess, or low-stock materials.
  • Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and suppliers to support order fulfillment.
  • Identify warehouse capacity constraints and recommend improvement solutions.
  • Follow all TransCanada Operating Procedures (TOP) and safety requirements.
  • Support inventory control processes and achieve Safety, Delivery, Cost, and Quality (SDCQ) targets.
