The Opportunity

 

We are seeking an experienced Well Service Supervisor to support a major offshore development in the Danish sector of the North Sea.

 

Based in Esbjerg, this role will support the planning, coordination and execution of well service and intervention activities, working closely with internal stakeholders, offshore teams and service providers to ensure safe and efficient delivery of operations.

 

This is primarily an office-based position with some offshore travel.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Plan and coordinate well service and well intervention operations.
• Prepare and review operational programs, procedures and risk assessments.
• Provide operational support to offshore teams during execution activities.
• Coordinate contractor and service company activities.
• Support well integrity and barrier management requirements.
• Participate in operational readiness reviews and planning meetings.
• Monitor operational performance, costs and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support lessons learned, continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Attend offshore operations and vendor facilities as required.

 

Experience & Qualifications

 

• Relevant experience within oil and gas well operations, well intervention, well services, completions or workovers.
• Experience supporting offshore operations within the North Sea is desirable.
• Good understanding of well operations, contractor management and operational planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Offshore certification (BOSIET/FOET and Medical) would be advantageous.
• Eligibility to live and work in Denmark.
