Contracts Supervisor

Position Summary Administer commercial and contractual matters for EPC and O&M projects through their lifecycle, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation and successful commercial outcomes. Responsibilities

• Provide commercial support to Construction & Service teams for payment management, letters of credit, insurance, bank guarantees and contractual disputes.
• Participate in handover from Sales to project execution and monitor contract obligations, risks and KPIs.
• Administer customer and subcontractor contracts, notices, extensions of time, variations, defaults and claims.
• Draft contractual correspondence, response letters, payment collection documents and negotiation materials.
• Coordinate change order negotiations, internal approvals, amendments, claims and dispute resolution.
• Maintain commercial records, quotations, proposals, contracts, audit documentation and management reports.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of contract execution and administration in international large-scale EPC or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated FIDIC contract administration, including claims, variations and disputes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Engineering, Finance, International Trade or related field.
• Wind power experience with manufacturer, EPC contractor or project owner strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English, including contractual negotiation and formal correspondence.
• Strong commercial risk judgment, independent execution and ability to manage multiple priorities.
