What you can expect:
Are you passionate about renewable energy and ready-to-shaped large-scale PV and BESS projects? As a Sales Manager PV & BESS (m/f/d), you will be responsible for securing EPC contracts for utility-scale PV & BESS projects in Poland, managing the process from tender stage through pricing, negotiation, and contract award.
 
Tasks:

• Build and manage a pipeline of utility-scale PV and BESS opportunities, from early-stage engagement to contract closing
• Lead the preparation of EPC offers in close cooperation with Tender, Engineering, and Procurement teams
• Negotiate and close EPC contracts for utility-scale PV plants and BESS projects
• Foster strong customer relationships through proactive support of key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term loyalty
• Deliver excellent after-sales service and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our market presence

 
Profile:

• Degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy, including at least 3 years in utility-scale PV and/or BESS sales or business development, preferably in EPC
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Strong understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of EPC projects
• Proven experience in independently leading complex negotiations and closing contracts with investors and developers
• Proven track record in preparing, negotiating and securing EPC contracts for utility-scale PV and/or BESS projects of at least 10–20 MW
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to interpret outputs from PVSyst and AutoCAD
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Good interpersonal skills and empathy
