About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Data Center Commissioning Manager to support the delivery of large-scale mission-critical facilities. This individual will lead commissioning efforts from planning through testing, startup, integrated systems testing (IST), and final turnover.

About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Data Center Commissioning Manager to support the delivery of large-scale mission-critical facilities. This individual will lead commissioning efforts from planning through testing, startup, integrated systems testing (IST), and final turnover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate startup, testing, and functional performance testing of critical systems
- Oversee Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and issue resolution
- Manage commissioning schedules, documentation, and deficiency tracking
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure successful turnover of electrical, mechanical, and control systems
- Verify systems meet operational, safety, and performance requirements
- Previous data center commissioning experience
- Strong understanding of critical power infrastructure, including:
- UPS Systems
- Generators
- Switchgear
- ATS/STS Equipment
- Knowledge of mechanical systems including:
- Chillers
- CRAH/CRAC Units
- Cooling Infrastructure
- Experience with mission-critical or hyperscale environments preferred
- Background in commissioning management, startup, testing, and turnover activities
