We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a high-performing Capital Projects team delivering a diverse portfolio of electrical infrastructure and brownfield capital projects within a large-scale mining operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of electrical capital projects from concept, feasibility and design through to construction, commissioning and handover.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate internal engineering teams, site stakeholders, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve electrical engineering designs, technical documentation and specifications.
- Manage procurement activities, contractor selection and contract administration.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards, statutory requirements and company engineering standards.
- Drive a strong safety culture by ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with HSE requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project reporting on progress, costs, schedules and key milestones.
- Support operational improvement initiatives through the delivery of plant reliability and infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience delivering electrical capital projects within mining, heavy industry, minerals processing, oil & gas or similar industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of project management principles across scope, cost, schedule and risk management.
- Experience managing engineering consultants and construction contractors.
- Sound knowledge of Australian electrical standards and engineering best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced operational environment.
