⏰ Working Hours: 8-10 Hours per Day 🔹 Job Purpose
The Engineering Lead (Piping – Field) will oversee EPC Contractor activities related to piping engineering, ensuring all technical deliverables, specifications, materials, equipment, and engineering activities comply with project requirements and industry standards.
The role will provide technical leadership throughout engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up phases while ensuring efficient coordination with project stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. 🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and manage Piping Engineering activities throughout the EPC project lifecycle.
✅ Oversee piping design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up activities.
✅ Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
✅ Manage EPC Contractor's Piping Field Engineering activities, including personnel competency, technical resources, and engineering execution.
✅ Review and validate piping engineering deliverables, methodologies, and design solutions.
✅ Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
✅ Monitor engineering progress and ensure key milestones and deliverables are met.
✅ Support contract development, technical evaluations, and scope management activities.
✅ Develop and implement engineering procedures, standards, and best practices.
✅ Provide technical input for progress reporting, recovery plans, and change management initiatives.
✅ Support construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.
✅ Ensure effective collaboration with Operations, SHE, Quality, Procurement, Vendors, and Contractors. 🔹 Key Technical Areas

✔ Field Engineering & Construction Support 🔹 Minimum Requirements
Education
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
✔ Minimum 8 years of Piping Engineering experience
✔ Minimum 4 years of Oil & Gas experience
✔ Minimum 1 year in a supervisory, lead, acting lead, or contractor oversight role
✔ EPC project experience is required
✔ LNG project field experience is highly preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of piping design, construction, commissioning, and operations 🔹 Skills
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Strong planning and coordination abilities
✔ Stakeholder engagement and interface management experience
✔ Problem-solving and technical decision-making capabilities
