Benefits

- Full time hours, Monday to Friday
- 1 days WFH, flexible start and finish times
- Experience supporting senior executives or directors within mining and resources
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and stakeholder engagement
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials with accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate leadership meetings, operational and financial reporting, governance, and compliance activities
- Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support onboarding of new leaders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, promoting company values and safety standards
