About You
  • Experience supporting senior executives or directors within mining and resources
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Role
  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and stakeholder engagement
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials with accuracy and professionalism
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, operational and financial reporting, governance, and compliance activities
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support onboarding of new leaders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, promoting company values and safety standards
