Position: FPSO QAQC Manager
Location: Initially Paris, then at the contractors engineering and construction site in Asia
Duration: 12 months renewable
Start date: September 2026
Status: Residential
MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
To promote Quality in the project and provide Quality advice.
To assist the Project Management team in the organisation, implementation and audit of quality procedures related to the project (internal activities oriented)
To lead and support the Project "Quality Culture" deployment program.
To be involved during FPSO hook-up, installation, and offshore commissioning phases.
ACTIVITIES
Adhere to Project HSE Site Instructions and Policies.
Report HSE anomalies or deficiencies using the anomaly system.
Ensure office security and safety is maintained and report deficiencies to HSE.
Report anomalies, incidents, near misses to HSE.
Carry out HSE inspections and audits as required by HSE.
Regularly attend Project HSE meetings, training, audits and inspections.
Provide feedback on HSE conditions, actively promote HSE and safe working practices.
To promote Quality in the project and provide Quality advice.
To assist the Project Management team in the organisation, implementation and audit of quality procedures related to the project (internal activities oriented)
To lead and support the Project "Quality Culture" deployment program.
The job holder will be responsible for the Quality/PMT workforce and will also supervise functionally the QA/QC Leaders and Engineers
To investigate any identified or reported problem in the application of Project QMS and propose solutions/improvements to the concerned Managers.
To review and give advice on Contractors', Subcontractors' and suppliers' QA/QC Inspection & Test Plans for whole coherence and adequacy (format, document control and enforcement to Quality Specifications), knowing that prime responsibility for Quality Control remains with the Packages Managers and their teams.
To review as necessary Contractor's key documents (e.g.: project execution plans, project quality plans, quality control plans, audit schedules and key project procedures), ensuring that they are in line with Project expectations and that they fulfil contract requirements.
To ensure confidentiality of all the documentation related to Quality Management (whatever its support)
To prepare and coordinate the various ‘lessons learnt’ sessions / workshops / debriefing of the Project in relation with the Feedback coordinator from headquarters

Position permanently based in EPSCC Contractor premises.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Professional Experience (years): 10-20
Experience in similar position (years): 10 at same or equivalent position with managerial responsibilities
Level / Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent
Languages: English mandatory
