Work Schedule: 100% Onshore
Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Working Hours: 8-10 Hours per Day
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Business to support the Business Division Manager in leading and coordinating critical business activities, including:
✅ Corporate Communications & Media Management
✅ Governance & Executive Reporting
✅ Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
✅ Multimedia Content Strategy & Production
✅ Leadership Support & Business Coordination
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a professional with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry, strong governance capabilities, and advanced communication and multimedia expertise.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead and execute the Communications Strategy aligned with business objectives.
🔹 Develop and deliver multi-channel communications across internal, external, and digital platforms.
🔹 Manage the end-to-end production of multimedia content, including:
Required Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines:
✅ Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a business-related function
✅ Minimum 6 years within the Oil & Gas industry
✅ Minimum 2 years in a supervisory, acting leadership, or contractor/vendor oversight role
Technical Skills
✔ Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
