We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Administrator to join the team on the n a project in regional NSW.
This is a site-based role supporting the HSE team with the administration, coordination and reporting requirements associated with a large-scale construction project.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy site environment, supporting HSE processes and ensuring documentation, records and compliance requirements are maintained accurately and efficiently.

This is a site-based role supporting the HSE team with the administration, coordination and reporting requirements associated with a large-scale construction project.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy site environment, supporting HSE processes and ensuring documentation, records and compliance requirements are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HSE team and site management.
- Maintain and update HSE documentation, registers, records and databases.
- Assist with the preparation of HSE reports, statistics, presentations and site documentation.
- Coordinate HSE inspections, audits, meetings and toolbox talks.
- Maintain records of incidents, hazards, observations, corrective actions and close-outs.
- Assist with tracking outstanding HSE actions and ensuring items are followed up within required timeframes.
- Support the administration of site inductions, training and competency records.
- Maintain HSE registers including training, licences, inspections and other compliance documentation.
- Assist with contractor HSE documentation and onboarding requirements.
- Support the HSE team with document control and ensuring current procedures and forms are available to the workforce.
- Assist with incident reporting and investigation administration.
- Coordinate meeting agendas, minutes and action registers for HSE meetings.
- Assist with compiling information for internal and client reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider project team when required.
- Promote a positive HSE culture and ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with site requirements.
- Previous experience in an HSE Administrator, HSE Coordinator, Site Administrator or similar role.
- Experience working within construction, infrastructure, mining, energy or other high-risk industries.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good understanding of HSE processes and documentation.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a busy site environment.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with site personnel, contractors and management.
- A proactive and hands-on approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a site-based HSE team.
