  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
  • Demonstrated safe work skills
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in field installation, maintenance, start-up, commissioning, and testing of industrial electrical systems in the oil and gas industry.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced working with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LV/HV switchgear, transformers, motors, UPS, rectifiers and electrical protections.
  • Be able to conduct failure analysis and provide recommendations for failed electrical equipment.
  • Process knowledge relating to Hydrogen/Ammonia/ASU plant operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with plant operators, process control engineers, production engineers, plant process engineers and plant management.
  • Able to conduct health and condition assessment on critical assets such as switchgear, motors, transformers and DC systems
  • Desire to identify, develop and implement performance improvements for our plants.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks as scheduled is required
  • Experience of mentoring / coaching less experienced Maintenance Supervisors, Planners and Electrical technicians
  • Familiarity with the industry codes and standards.
  • Flexible attitude, with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to effectively work and communicate within a multi-cultural environment
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies.
  • Experience in electrical equipment preservation.
  • Saudi locals preferred.
