We are looking for a high-caliber candidate with passion for technical solutions combined with business acumen in engineering. If you are looking for a company of “care and perform” and work with a high performing team to deliver results, join us as a Lead Engineer, with focus on High-Tech Industries (Semiconductor, Data Center, etc.) projects in Taiwan.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with national and international capture teams to understand clients’ needs on key applications 
  • Understand clients’ requirements on deliverables, assess availability of required information, perform project scoping (Framework), support capture teams on service contracting.
  • Engineer and design key applications based on clients’ requirements, providing optimal solutions fulfilling technical, economic, and logistic boundary conditions. This requires also to learn how to deal with the relevant calculation & design software.
  • Compile a bill of materials to support project bids and fulfilment, in coordination with sales and logistics team.
  • Being central part of the project execution team as a Lead Engineer, planning technical execution resources with engineering manager, supervising execution and leading technical topics.
  • Act as quality gate keeper, when applicable, providing input to designers and modelers and performing QA/QC activities where relevant. 
  • Travel locally and abroad, visit and collaborate with national and international clients on-site during design and construction phases, as required.
  • Develop project-specific best practice documentation to contribute to increasing PMO know-how.

We are looking for candidates that are:
  • Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from renowned universities.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a structural engineer, MEP engineer or relevant technical role in the national or international owners, EPCs of specifiers
  • Good understanding of structural engineering, digital design & modular construction process with solid project experiences.
  • Understanding the correlation between technical and commercial aspects of engineering work.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin & English.
  • Empathy and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
