About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager Strategy & Transformation to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, and innovation. This is a temporary leadership opportunity where you will ensure continuity, guide an evolving team, and help deliver key business priorities within a complex international environment.
You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve collaboration, and drive sustainable organizational performance.

You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve collaboration, and drive sustainable organizational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse Strategy & Transformation team, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- Drive the execution of strategic transformation initiatives while balancing operational priorities and long-term objectives.
- Strengthen team governance, clarify roles and responsibilities, and improve ways of working.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing clear communication and strategic alignment across the business.
- Oversee planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and delivery against agreed milestones and objectives.
- Significant leadership experience within strategy, transformation, organizational development, or business improvement.
- Proven success leading teams through change in large, complex organizations.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks, improving team effectiveness, and delivering strategic programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on leadership style.
- Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
- Experience within sectors such as energy, infrastructure, utilities, engineering, or other asset-intensive industries is advantageous.
- Temporary assignment covering a maternity leave
- Hybrid working model with regular on-site collaboration (minimum two days per week).
- Candidates must be available for the full duration of the assignment.
