We are seeking a Master Data Specialist to join a high-performing team responsible for ensuring SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) master data remains accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose. This role plays a key part in maintaining master data standards, supporting business stakeholders, and driving data quality initiatives across the organisation.

- Professional development and growth in master data governance
- Maintain and govern SAP PM master data in line with established standards and procedures.
- Develop and support master data governance policies and processes.
- Validate, create, update, and load master data into SAP.
- Manage SAP access requests relating to master data activities.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement data improvements.
- Conduct data quality reviews and support compliance audits.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to end users.
- Contribute to process optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with SAP PM/MM.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data.
- Sound understanding of data governance and quality principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
