OFCI Deployment Manager – AI & Data Center Construction

A leading 100% employee-owned construction contractor is seeking an OFCI Deployment Manager to support the delivery of advanced AI infrastructure and hyperscale data center projects.
This is a highly visible project-level role responsible for coordinating the deployment and field integration of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment throughout the construction lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead OFCI deployment and field integration activities across major data center and AI infrastructure projects
  • Serve as the key coordination point between supply chain teams, OEMs, suppliers, GCs, subcontractors, commissioning teams, and field operations
  • Coordinate equipment delivery, site readiness, staging, rigging, logistics, and construction sequencing
  • Manage site-specific design changes, field modifications, and deployment-related issues
  • Oversee equipment receiving, inventory, asset tracking, storage, preservation, and warranty compliance
  • Coordinate OEM startup, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness activities
  • Identify and resolve schedule, logistics, and site integration risks
  • Support successful equipment deployment from factory through installation, startup, and commissioning
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in construction execution, OFCI coordination, logistics, infrastructure deployment, or project delivery
  • Experience with hyperscale data centers, mission-critical, industrial, semiconductor, utility, manufacturing, or energy projects
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, equipment receiving, staging, and field integration
  • Experience working with GCs, subcontractors, OEMs, rigging/crane providers, and commissioning teams
  • Experience with startup, commissioning, integrated systems testing, or operational turnover is a plus
  • Strong project coordination, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively to project sites
