Role Overview
The role supports a large-scale, schedule-driven project currently. The successful candidate will act as a Site-Based Execution Planner, serving as the link between construction execution and project controls/planning.

The role supports a large-scale, schedule-driven project currently. The successful candidate will act as a Site-Based Execution Planner, serving as the link between construction execution and project controls/planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with construction teams to monitor and assess field execution progress.
- Identify project risks, constraints, and execution barriers, and facilitate their resolution.
- Track progress against the Primavera P6 schedule.
- Monitor completion of FIWPs (Field Installation Work Packages).
- Generate progress reports and updates for the Project Management Team.
- Facilitate and coordinate meetings and presentations.
- Work closely with contractors to understand schedule delays and remove constraints.
- Coordinate with the Calgary-based home office Planner/Scheduler.
- Support change management activities, including contractor-generated project change requests.
- Participate in subsystem walkdowns, commissioning activities, and construction readiness reviews.

- Site construction execution experience, within Oil & Gas.
- Execution management experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with commissioning, subsystem walkdowns, and constraint management.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6
- Solid understanding of project scheduling and project controls
