Salary & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of $50 - $60 per hour + super on all hours!
- 2/2 FIFO roster offering excellent work-life balance
- Initial 6-month contract with the opportunity to secure a permanent position based on performance
- Fortnightly pay through NES Fircroft's online payroll system
- Ongoing support from a dedicated NES Fircroft consultant

- Previous experience as a Process Operator within processing operations
- Experience operating and monitoring fixed plant equipment
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence
- Ability to work effectively in a FIFO environment
- Current Australian work rights and relevant mining certifications
- Operate, monitor, and optimise plant equipment to meet production targets
- Conduct routine inspections and identify operational issues
- Work across various fixed plant processing areas within the operation
- Maintain high safety standards and comply with site procedures
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to maximise plant performance
