Required - A good 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, strong with regards to building roadmaps & putting processes in place. Looking for somebody that has a strong personality & can challenge when required but also bring the best out of people. Know the DevOps processes & work with the DevOps team. Industry background is not essential, but a good software background with cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, or data protection would be a bonus.

- Act as the day-to-day product decision-maker throughout delivery.
- Collaborate with commercial, operational & senior stakeholders to align priorities.
- Ensure delivered changes create measurable customer & commercial value.
- Support product launches & go-to-market activity.

- Maintain a clear connection between product strategy, roadmap priorities & engineering delivery.
Product Owner Desirable
- Strong experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-delivery role.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
- Proven ability to own & prioritise a product backlog.
- Ability to translate complex technical & business requirements into clear deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder-management & communication skills.
- Commercial awareness & a focus on customer outcomes.
