About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative, operational and delivery support for a major offshore decommissioning project.
The project involves the preparation, removal, load-in and demolition of multiple offshore platforms, alongside significant supporting infrastructure upgrades. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major energy project and work closely with project teams, contractors, stakeholders and leadership.
The Project Coordinator will act as a central point of coordination across the project, ensuring activities, documentation, reporting and administrative requirements are effectively managed to support successful project delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a major energy project and work closely with project teams, contractors, stakeholders and leadership.
The Project Coordinator will act as a central point of coordination across the project, ensuring activities, documentation, reporting and administrative requirements are effectively managed to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, meetings, workshops and schedules.
- Support audits, reviews and governance activities, including maintaining action registers and coordinating follow-up actions.
- Coordinate communications between project teams, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and contractor documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, work orders and procurement documentation.
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly project reports, dashboards and status updates.
- Monitor project deliverables and track progress against project plans and key milestones.
- Support risk, issue and change management processes.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing materials.
- Maintain project documentation, templates, SharePoint and filing systems.
- Manage document review and approval workflows.
- Coordinate calendars, travel arrangements and logistics for key personnel.
- Coordinate onboarding requirements for project personnel and contractors.
- Support mobilisation and resource coordination activities.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project leadership team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3+ years' experience in project coordination, project administration, executive assistance or a similar role.
- Strong experience supporting engineering, construction, energy, infrastructure, mining, oil & gas or industrial projects.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work independently and proactively while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Previous experience working within a complex project environment involving multiple contractors and stakeholders will be highly regarded.
