Project Director - Facilities & Pipeline

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive leadership for the planning, execution, and delivery of a major power generation capital project.
- Direct all phases of project development including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and overall project governance.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams including EPC contractors, consultants, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage commercial negotiations, contract administration, and claims resolution.
- Deliver project objectives while maintaining schedule certainty and cost discipline.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic guidance to senior leadership and project sponsors.
Strong consideration will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Simple Cycle Power Generation Facilities
- Combined Cycle Power Plants
- Traditional Thermal Power Generation Projects
- Major Pipeline Infrastructure Projects
- Large Industrial or Energy Megaprojects
- Demonstrated success leading major energy projects from an Owner's Representative or Owner's Team perspective.
- Extensive experience managing large EPC and EPCM contractors.
- Strong understanding of power generation project execution and lifecycle management.
- Experience with pipeline integration and related infrastructure.
- Proven ability to lead large project teams in complex stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional commercial, contractual, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, high-profile project environment.
