Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer (or equivalent accreditation)
- Extensive experience managing large scale civil infrastructure or mining related earthworks projects in tailings facilities, residue management, or dam infrastructure
- Proven leadership managing multidisciplinary engineering consultants and contractors
- Strong knowledge of design governance, risk management, and technical assurance
- Skilled in project planning including cost estimating, schedule tracking, procurement, and quality assurance
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Commitment to enforcing health and safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment
