Required Skills:

• Proven ability to manage all phases of project life cycle, from initiation through delivery
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Expertise in project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira)
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking for projects
• Familiarity with industry-specific compliance and regulations
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 12-15 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to travel occasionally as project needs dictate
• Ability to adapt to evolving project priorities and work collaboratively in diverse teams
