• Track schedule progress, identify critical path activities, and analyze impacts to milestones
• Incorporate field productivity, weather constraints, access issues, and permitting considerations into schedule logic
• Perform schedule risk analysis, look-ahead planning, and recovery planning as required
• Monitor contractor performance against baseline schedules and flag deviations
• Update schedules with field progress, quantities installed, and earned value metrics
• Support change management by evaluating schedule impacts of scope changes, delays, or rework
• Prepare schedule reports, narratives, and dashboard updates for project and leadership teams
• Support claims analysis and schedule impact assessments when required
• Coordinate closely with cost controls and project controls teams to align schedule and cost forecasts
• Ensure scheduling standards, best practices, and documentation requirements are followed
Required Experience and Qualifications • Previous experience as a Construction Manager or Construction Superintendent on midstream oil and gas projects
• Strong understanding of pipeline and facility construction execution
• Experience developing and managing schedules for midstream projects (pipelines, plants, compressor stations, terminals)
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 (preferred) or equivalent
• Working knowledge of construction sequencing, crew productivity, and contractor work packaging
• Ability to translate field execution plans into executable, logic-driven schedules
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced project environments
Preferred Qualifications • Project Controls or Scheduling background in midstream oil and gas
• Experience supporting large capital projects and phased developments
• Familiarity with permitting, ROW constraints, and tie-in planning
• Experience supporting schedule recovery or delay analysis
Working Conditions • Office and field interaction as required
• Periodic travel to project sites may be required
• Fast-paced, execution-focused project environment
