UI Designer – 12 Months Contract – Paris, France
Hybrid – 3 days on site 2 days remote
Must be fluent in French with a good command of English
Required: - Figma, Figma Make, Miro, Copilot, Github. Minimum 5 years of experience in UI. The prestaire was trained in a graphic design school. Autonomous & organized, the service provider masters Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, grid, dev mode, etc.) The service provider has already worked with a Design System // Very good understanding of the foundations of a design system: colour, grid, typography, spacing, etc. Good knowledge of digital accessibility is appreciated. Know how to work in an agile environment. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, & recent front-end frameworks is a plus

UI Designer to join the Design Studio, a cross-functional team that brings together 20 designers (including 3 UI designers) dedicated to improving the user experience through the digital products we build together. The UI Design service provider is responsible for the consistency of the user interfaces of the various MVPs, via the control & feeding of the UI Kit & collaboration with the Design System. UI Designer to provide collaborates with its peers on cross-functional subjects (UI Kit, Design System, UI review), with the UX designers & Product Designers within the Studio & integrates as needed into multidisciplinary teams (functional, technical, business expert, etc.) that operate according to agile methodologies. UI Designer is responsible for the UI of several products (3 to 7) with a level of involvement adapted to the needs of the UX & Product designers with whom he collaborates.

The UI Designer will be responsible for:
- Design coherent & qualitative visual interfaces (colours, typography, icons, layout, navigation)
- Create interactive prototypes for user testing & demonstrations.
- Collaborate closely with UX, Product Designers & developers to ensure a production faithful to the design (peer design, UI reviews, recipe).
- Maintain & evolve the Design System (creation of components, documentation, support, QA), guaranteeing its consistency across several products.
- Maintain & evolve the V1 Design Kit still used by product teams
- Build scalable Figma components, leveraging the latest features.
- Design icons & logotypes
- Use AI tools to speed up workflows (documentation, prototyping)
Cross-functional contribution
- Participate in CoP Design (community of practice)
- Participate in team rituals: follow-up branch, SOS Design, Demo Show, Design Day
- Contribute to 1 to 2 cross-disciplinary topics (1/2h per week)
- Continuously monitor new design practices & tools (e.g. new trends, Generative AI) & know how to share them with the team
- Organize & conduct Figma Trainings within the Design Studio in order to homogenize the levels of design practice (e.g. auto layout, variables, design tokens)
