We are seeking an experienced Vessel Lead (DP2 Workboat) to represent the Company onboard Diving Support Vessels (DSV) and Cable Lay Vessels (CLV), ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-compliant execution of offshore subsea construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Act as the Company Site Representative (CSR) onboard DSV/CLV vessels.
🔹 Serve as the primary interface between Company, Contractors, Offshore Construction Managers, and vessel crews.
🔹 Monitor offshore construction activities to ensure compliance with Company procedures, specifications, risk assessments, and execution plans.
🔹 Coordinate and manage SIMOPS, PTW activities, and operational interfaces within proximity to Company offshore assets.
🔹 Support incident response, troubleshooting, and offshore decision-making.
🔹 Lead offshore execution teams in a multicultural environment.
🔹 Ensure Diving and ROV equipment certifications, audits, and close-out actions are completed and maintained.
🔹 Oversee marine vessel operations and ensure compliance with Company marine requirements.
🔹 Issue ePTWs and act as Company Area Operator for assigned marine vessels.
🔹 Provide daily progress updates and operational reports to the Onshore PMT.
Requirements
Educational Requirements
✔ High School Diploma or equivalent
Mandatory Certifications
✔ OPITO T-BOSIET
✔ OPITO H2S
✔ IMCA Dive Supervisor Certificate
✔ Valid Offshore Medical (Preferred) Experience Requirements
✅ Minimum 15 years offshore installation experience
✅ Minimum 5 years experience as:
✅ Working knowledge of lifting, rigging, marine safety, and offshore construction standards
