* 系統試車與調整: Flushing, Group start-up
* 水蒸氣循環系統:Cleaning, Blow out, Restoration
* 蒸汽渦輪與系統啟動
* 燃料系統
* 公用系統
* 儀表與控制: 根據 P&ID（製程與儀表圖）檢查系統
* 控制邏輯測試
* 設備測試
* 蒸汽系統
* HRSG（餘熱鍋爐）
* 測試作業
