管理CCR團隊、CCR工作效率與品質、CMMS稽核與驗收、CCR緊急應變計畫與教育訓練計畫…等的安排以及與Planner協作
Core Competency:
- 具備 PPM 計畫安排、工單保養系統資訊組織協調和合規/認證追蹤的基本知識。
- 能夠支援資料需求、年度成熟度文件、CCR 績效協助和管理流程優化。
- 強大的內部/外部溝通支援（HS、SS、IT、PM、Housing）。
- 熟悉現場管理、5S+1、ESG 任務、RBA 請求、追蹤和一般管理任務。
- 孰悉高科技EHS相關規定及要求
- 3年營運、行政、廠務協調或客戶/利害關係人支援經驗。
- 有輪班支援或高科技/FAB環境經驗者優先考慮。
- 無塵室廠務系統3年以上相關經驗
- 了解SCADA圖控系統邏輯
- 中文 (母語)
- 英文聽說讀寫 (溝通能力佳)
