This role is responsible for driving new business growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence across a portfolio of software solutions designed to support operational and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across target accounts.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges, business objectives, and technical requirements.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through negotiation, contracting, and close.
- Collaborate with marketing, business development, customer success, and product teams to support growth initiatives and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity records within the CRM system.
- Provide regular forecasting, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to leadership.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of SaaS sales experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting customers within the Oil & Gas or broader energy sector.
- Experience selling Software Solutions in categories of: Accounting & Finance, Transportation, or Land Management is highly desireable
- Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
- Ability to understand complex customer requirements and position appropriate solutions.
- Strong negotiation, influence, and closing capabilities.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms and standard business software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings, industry events, and team meetings as needed, ranging from 10-50%.
