This is a full‑time, permanent remote assignment based in the Philippines, supporting U.S. operations and following Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Purpose The Accounts Payable Administrator will support the company’s Accounting and Supply Chain activities by processing, tracking and recording payments in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Core Job Responsibilities
- Organizing A/P invoices
- Processing A/P
- Maintaining A/P filing
- Handling any inquiries regarding A/P
- Making payments to stay current with all vendor accounts
- Assisting with audit support
- 3‑way match
- Routing invoices for approval
- Coding invoices
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Respond to vendor emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Processing invoices for payment
- Reconciliations
- Minimum of 2 years full cycle accounts payable experience
- Associates Degree preferred
- Experience with utilizing an ERP
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
