Job Title: Administrative Assistant III
Duration: 12 months
Work Location: Spring, Texas
Pay Rate: $32-37 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant III to provide advanced administrative and operational support to a business team. This role requires a seasoned administrative professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support day‑to‑day business operations with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Behavioral competencies such as problem solving, time management, and adaptability are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a department or business group
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conferences
  • Prepare, format, and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Answer phones and manage correspondence professionally
  • Coordinate administrative requests through internal portals
  • Order and manage office supplies as needed
  • Support special projects including data compilation, reporting, and information analysis
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external contacts
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage competing deadlines
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer‑facing administrative or office support role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize workload independently
  • High level of organizational and administrative coordination skills
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong experience with Outlook and email systems
  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Internet research and information retrieval skills

  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Minimal supervision required; self‑directed and detail‑oriented
  • Prior experience supporting senior‑level professionals is a plus
