Administrator – Join Our Dynamic Field Operations Team in Kintore

Step into a pivotal role within our fast-paced Field Operations team, where your exceptional administrative skills will keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. As an Administrator on a 6-month assignment based in Kintore, you'll be the backbone supporting Service Engineers and the wider team by managing essential tasks including customer and vendor invoicing, timesheet reviews, visa application assistance, and maintaining key assignment records. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help streamline processes and ensure seamless coordination across various priorities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and review complex documentation accurately
  • Proficiency in preparing and processing invoices and timesheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and multitask with flexibility
  • Approachable and helpful demeanor with a proactive mindset
Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working with SAP4Hana or other SAP modules
  • Prior exposure to visa application processes
  • Familiarity with administrative support functions related to training coordination and leave monitoring
Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role, ideally within operations or service environments
  • Relevant certification or qualification in administration or business support is advantageous
Other Requirements:

  • Availability for a 6-month assignment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain comprehensive records
