Overview
We are representing a leading organization operating in the energy sector, seeking a Community Enhancement Analyst to support community engagement initiatives and stakeholder relations programs in Southern Thailand. This role plays a key part in building sustainable relationships with local communities, government agencies, and stakeholders, while ensuring effective execution and monitoring of community development and CSR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review proposed community programs and provide recommendations to support decision-making
  • Monitor execution and performance of community development and CSR initiatives
  • Support the development of annual goals and KPIs for community enhancement programs
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation of program effectiveness
  • Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve program outcomes
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key government stakeholders
  • Contribute to strategic planning for stakeholder engagement and community relations
  • Identify opportunities to expand community programs into neighboring areas
  • Handle sensitive communications with stakeholders professionally and diplomatically
  • Represent the organization at public and community-related events when required
  • Track and manage project budgets, including forecasting and reporting utilization
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community development, CSR, public relations, stakeholder engagement, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations
  • Good command of Thai and fair command of English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively
  • Willingness and ability to work in remote areas and travel as required
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to integrate into local communities
  • Pleasant personality with adaptability across diverse environments
  • Positive attitude, creativity, and strong sense of responsibility
  • Cultural sensitivity and respect for local traditions and norms
