I’m supporting an international IPP in Romania with the recruitment of a BESS Project Manager for their hybrid projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule & Budget — Track and manage the project timeline from Ready‑to‑Build (RTB) through Commercial Operation Date (COD), ensuring milestones and costs stay on plan.
- Site Oversight — coordinate civil and electrical works; expect minimum 2/3 site visits per week, increasing to daily presence during commissioning
- Contractor Management — Oversee EPC contractors to ensure correct installation and delivery
- Procurement Support
- HSE & Fire Safety - Manage BESS‑specific safety risks and ensure all fire‑suppression systems meet Romanian ISU standards and pass inspections
- Commissioning
