Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week
Job Summary
Our client is looking for an experienced business analyst to join its ERP implementation project. Focusing on the applications integrating with the ERP systems, you will work to assess the impact of the new ERP system on each integrated application and develop solution designs to address configuration, data conversion and integration changes required to ensure the application continues to meet the needs of the business. We’re looking for a strong communicator and creative problem-solver with a technical mind and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system difficulties as necessary
- Guide and advise stakeholders in corrective steps to enhance business processes
- Collaborate with department leaders to create cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate with company stakeholders to ensure continuity across legacy and future state systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
- Communicate key insights and findings to team members and management
- Identify and resolve project issues
- Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution
- Gather data and analyze business and user needs
- Provide recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support client's business goals
- Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of system
- Define objectives and scope of business system
- Work closely with managers and end users to determine best IT solution
- Conduct post-project evaluation
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Business Analyst
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Advanced technical skills with knowledge of data models, database design development, and data mining
- 3+ of computer applications experience
- MBA in Information Systems, preferred
- Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Proficient in data analysis
- Experience in programming
- Understanding business functional areas
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and experience in data visualization
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field
