Business Services Coordinator II (Part Time) Location: Joliet, IL
Schedule: 32 hours per week, 4 days on / 3 days off
Extended hours required during peak periods
Duration: 12 months, potential extension
Pay Rate: $33 to $38 per hour
This role supports operations, maintenance, and business teams by handling the SAP and administrative work that keeps day‑to‑day activities running smoothly. You will work in a fast‑paced, industrial environment, supporting purchasing, invoicing, and coordination efforts, especially during high‑volume turnaround periods.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and work orders in SAP
- Support invoice processing and troubleshoot invoice discrepancies
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, vendors, and internal teams
- Provide scheduling, meeting, and general administrative support
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with site and safety standards
- Solid SAP experience, ideally 5+ years, minimum of 2 years required
- Hands‑on experience with purchase requisitions, POs, work orders, and invoicing in SAP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high workloads
- Experience in heavy industry such as oil and gas, chemicals, manufacturing, or utilities
- STRIPES or AMP system experience
- Familiarity with industrial purchasing or service quoting
