We are seeking an early-career Chemist I to support laboratory operations, method development, and analytical problem-solving in a fast-paced technical environment. This role involves hands-on laboratory work, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and operational success.

Overview
We are seeking an early-career Chemist I to support laboratory operations, method development, and analytical problem-solving in a fast-paced technical environment. This role involves hands-on laboratory work, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing and support method development and validation
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and production challenges using advanced analytical techniques
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and data integrity standards
- Maintain and support laboratory equipment, including selection, validation, and maintenance
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and testing methodologies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of lab operations and testing accuracy
- Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry or related field
- Experience with analytical instrumentation (e.g., gas chromatography, ICP, X-ray, sulfur/nitrogen analyzers)
- Knowledge of scientific method development, validation, and data analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and sound judgment
- Experience reviewing and improving scientific methods and standards
- Background in method development vs. equipment-only roles
- Ability to interpret data, run simulations, and validate results
