Civil Engineering Manager - Roads & Highways Design

What You’ll Do:

• Lead design and delivery of large-scale roads and highways projects
• Set technical standards and champion sustainable engineering solutions
• Mentor and inspire a high-performing team
• Expand client networks and grow project pipelines

What You Bring:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 15+ years’ roads/highways engineering experience
• Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Passion for innovation and sustainability in transport infrastructure
• Cross-regional project experience in ANZ
• Familiarity with emerging tech and digital tools
• Business development exposure
• Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale projects
• Willingness to travel within ANZ as needed
