Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Support client onboarding activities prior to Commercial Operation Date (COD) and contribute to pre‑COD commercialization tasks
  • Manage the customer onboarding and ongoing management of the local portfolio of operated solar assets
  • Act as the primary commercial interface with customers, including:
    • Invoicing and billing management; serving as the main point of contact for invoice‑related queries
    • Coordination with finance teams to monitor statements of account and follow up on overdue payments
    • Verification and maintenance of payment guarantees, ensuring contractual coverage for all active customers
    • Acting as first contact for customer technical queries and coordinating communication on planned maintenance
  • Provide internal stakeholders with clear commercial performance insights for operated assets
  • Drive the timely resolution of commercial issues by identifying root causes and coordinating across finance, legal, project, operations, sales, and management teams
  • Capture and document customer feedback, issues, and complaints, providing structured “voice of customer” input to relevant internal functions
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records within CRM systems and internal tools
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives and surveys in coordination with regional counterparts
  • Proactively identify opportunities for additional services or commercial offerings to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction
Asset Commercial Management
  • Ensure operated assets comply with contractual obligations and local regulatory requirements
  • Identify commercial risks arising from contracts (e.g. penalties, non‑compliance, errors) and support mitigation actions
  • Drive commercial optimization of each asset through accurate billing and effective cash collection
  • Support analysis and closure of commercial performance gaps at individual site level, including P&L impact
  • Contribute to process improvement and digitalization initiatives related to asset commercial management
  • Coordinate the management and optimization of renewable certificates (e.g. RECs), working with regional teams when required
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by direct or indirect reporting managers or senior management
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in B2B customer management within commercial or industrial sectors
  • Experience in renewable energy, particularly solar PV, is strongly preferred
  • Strong hybrid profile combining commercial, financial, and technical understanding
  • Customer‑focused mindset with proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM platforms
  • Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
