Contract Duration: 2 Years
Work Schedule:
• 12 hours/day
• 7 days/week
• Rotation: 28 days ON / 28 days OFF
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Supervisor (Offshore – Instrumentation & Control) to oversee all Pre‑Commissioning and Commissioning activities executed offshore by the EPC Contractor, ensuring systems and sub‑systems are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with project specifications and approved procedures.
🔹 Job Purpose
Lead and supervise offshore I&C pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring readiness for safe start‑up and handover to Operations, while maintaining compliance with project, HSE, and quality requirements.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Oversee Mechanical Completion (MC), CSA, and RFSU activities
Ensure effectiveness of the System Completion Database (CMS)
Monitor commissioning schedules in line with project milestones
Organize and lead weekly coordination meetings with contractors
Report Pre‑Commissioning & Commissioning progress to N+1
Participate in CTP kick‑off meetings and witness execution
Participate in MC & RFSU walkdowns and certification
Manage punch list follow‑up, categorization, and clearance
Review and validate CTR ITRs and check sheets
Participate in PTW and SIMOPS meetings
Attend CPY / Contractor / Vendor offshore meetings
Support OESS / Operations during Start‑up
Verify completion dossiers, preservation, and safe system handover
Capture and share System Completion Lessons Learned
🔹 Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or relevant I&C discipline
🔹 Experience & Skills
Minimum 8 years’ I&C commissioning experience on medium to large Oil & Gas projects
Strong knowledge of MC, CSA, and RFSU certification processes
Proven experience in Brownfield offshore commissioning & shutdowns
Strong punch list categorization and clearance expertise
Hands‑on experience with CMS tools (PIMS, WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon, or similar)
Strong interface with Construction, QA/QC, and Operations
Excellent coordination, reporting, and communication skills
Strong understanding of HSE standards and safe system handover practices
