Completions/Commissioning Manager

Completion Manager (HVDC) – Employed Solution (Temporary)| Rotterdam (Maasvlakte, NL)

We’re seeking an experienced Completion Manager to lead delivery on a major HVDC transmission project. You’ll drive all completion activities from construction through commissioning to final handover, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate site completion activities and milestones
• Oversee testing, documentation, punch lists, and NCR closure
• Lead completion systems, reporting, and turnover documentation
• Collaborate across construction, commissioning, and engineering teams
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or similar)
• Strong experience in completion/commissioning on large energy or industrial projects (HVDC, power, or oil & gas preferred)
• Knowledge of HV standards (IEC/EN/NEN) and QA processes
• Hands-on experience with CMS tools (e.g., ACC, Thinkproject, Omega 365)
