Construction Coordinator (SMP)
Join a major onshore energy project and play a key role in delivering safe, high‑quality construction outcomes.

Drive fabrication, execution, and site coordination activities while working closely with engineering and project teams.

Use your technical expertise to influence constructability, support project delivery, and ensure successful execution from design through to installation.

SALARY & BENEFITS
Contract Position – NES Fircroft
•     $114 p/hr (office) / $137 p/hr (site) – including superannuation
•     Fortnightly pay through a modern, streamlined payroll system
•     6‑month contract with potential for extension
•     FIFO 2:1 roster to Karratha – 10.5‑hour days + 30‑minute unpaid break
•     Access to NES Fircroft Contractor Support, including a dedicated consultant
•     Invitations to NES Fircroft contractor events
•     Opportunity for future contracts across our extensive client network
•     Work with a global energy leader on a high‑profile project

ABOUT YOU
•     Experienced construction professional with a strong background in onshore plant or brownfields execution
•     Minimum 8 years’ experience in oil & gas, chemicals, or heavy industrial construction
•     Relevant engineering degree or trade qualification (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, SMP discipline)
•     Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
•     Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and thrive in a fast‑paced site environment

THE JOB ROLE
•     Join a major project contributing to Australia’s growing energy and hydrogen sector
•     Coordinate construction, fabrication, and site execution activities to ensure safe and timely delivery
•     Review engineering deliverables and support constructability, planning, and work‑pack preparation
•     Liaise with engineering, procurement, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues
•     Your first priorities will include understanding project scopes, reviewing fabrication schedules, and supporting site mobilisation activities
