Construction Manager

We are looking for a Construction Manager in Lubbock TX who will lead on-site execution of mission-critical data center builds working for the owner rep, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of complex multi-phase construction programs.

You will interface with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders, overseeing civil, structural, MEP, and commissioning works.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction operations across the data center project
• Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendor coordination
• Oversee civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical installations
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Track project progress, budgets, and schedules (Primavera/MS Project)
• Conduct site inspections, QA/QC audits, and progress reporting
• Drive construction sequencing and commissioning readiness
• Support procurement, logistics, and materials management
• Interface with design, engineering, and client teams
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
