Length: 1 year (with potential extension)
Rotation: Monday - Friday (On-site)

Role Summary
Provides senior‑level leadership and oversight for site construction activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution in alignment with project objectives, schedules, and contractual requirements. Acts as the company’s primary on‑site representative, coordinating contractors, engineering, systems completion, and operations while supporting project delivery and site management excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) programs and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Lead and manage company site team(s) to deliver construction activities in accordance with project objectives, schedule, priorities, and contract specifications
- Serve as a member of the Project Team (PT) when assigned to a project
- Supervise on‑site contractual administration and ensure compliance with specifications
- Oversee the planning and execution of fabrication, construction, hookup, and mechanical completion activities
- Act as the company single point of contact on‑site for contractor site management
- Manage interfaces and interactions with contractors and internal groups (e.g., engineering, systems completion, and production operations) related to construction execution and issue resolution
- Report construction progress, performance, initiatives, and issues to the Project Manager
- Provide general updates to the Construction Support Manager, as required
- When not assigned to a specific project, support project construction site management activities as needed
Role Scope
- Ensures construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Provides senior site leadership to manage contractor performance, interfaces, and issue resolution
- Supports schedule delivery through effective planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical and systems completion activities
- Actively contributes to risk management, construction readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supports operational excellence through lessons learned, close‑out reporting, and performance feedback
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Report progress, performance, initiatives, and issues to the Site or Project Manager
- Ensure contractors are implementing and maintaining effective interfaces
- Ensure Quality Plans and requirements are established and adhered to
- Ensure Mechanical Completion and Systems Completion activities are properly planned and safely executed to support project schedules
- Actively participate in Key Risk Assessments, Construction Readiness Reviews, and/or Independent Project Reviews
- Participate in lessons learned reviews and complete applicable close‑out report sections upon completion of site work
- Be accountable for competency development and career progression of direct reports, including providing input into performance appraisal processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Construction experience within the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong understanding of construction site execution and fabrication yard performance drivers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to non‑technical audiences
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑changing environment
