Job Purpose
We are hiring a Construction Superintendent (Structural) to oversee and manage all aspects of Compression Platform structural fabrication, from yard activities through to load-out. The role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution while maintaining alignment between engineering, company, and contractor teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • âś… Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and safety regulations
  • âś… Oversee execution of CP Topsides structural fabrication activities
  • âś… Supervise contractors/subcontractors to ensure adherence to project specs & international standards
  • âś… Review engineering deliverables for constructability and compliance
  • âś… Monitor fabrication progress and identify risks, delays, or quality issues
  • âś… Ensure proper resource allocation and planning adherence
  • âś… Review contractor reports and highlight critical issues and deviations
  • âś… Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution and issue resolution
  • âś… Support Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities
  • âś… Participate in risk assessments, pre-job meetings, and technical discussions
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Structural preferred)
  • Minimum 8+ years experience in structural supervision for offshore decks/topsides
  • Proven experience in fabrication yard and structural execution
  • Experience working with multinational teams
Key Skills
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, lifting, and structural erection
  • Familiarity with project execution procedures and field management
  • Understanding of codes, standards, and safety practices
  • Experience with offshore/onshore facilities and yard operations
  • Knowledge of LNG / sour gas project risks and execution methods
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
